He came to us in 2006. He is not only a American and Canadian Champion, but is is as sweet and teddy bear -ish as a golden can be. Seamus who loves to show his obedience training by healing and coming in to a tight front and finish. He loves to snuggle and is the perfect statue on the grooming table, he can actually hold still! He enjoy being groomed so much. Which works out well, because his coat is long and luxurious It is however correct, the burdocks comb right out without a tangle. He is easy to get back in shape after a romp in the field.
His bloodline is rich with outstanding producers. Seamus has beautiful structure and clean effortless gait. He is a powerful mover, showing plenty of reach and drive. He is correctly angled, and his side gait is floating! Seamus's coat is long and naturally straight, yet has correct texture. He has beautiful round, tight feet, ample bone and a beautiful head and face, loving dark brown eyes and black pigment. He has full dentition with a scissors bite. Seamus's face is graying a bit which just adds to his noble appearance. He has very healthy skin, no hot spots or rashes. We are feeling very blessed to have Seamus join the Painting Golden household.
